Order
Yes, we ship all over the world with some exceptions due to shipping restrictions on lithium batteries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. With standard shipping, orders from North America will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. Orders from Asia will take approximately 5-7 days. Other countries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and you can always track updates through My Order.
Returns
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement. Please see below for more details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the initial defect or damage
Our team will provide instructions once your request is received.
Refunds
- If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment method within 5–10 business days.

Yes, we offer express shipping for additional cost. Please check your cart for the exact cost!
Ordering a pre-order item ensures that you secure the item of your choice before it’s gone again.
When the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within 2 business days. We try our best to present the most accurate expected ship date for each pre-order item which is displayed on the product, order, cart, and checkout pages. However, pre-order expected ship dates are subject to change.
Please note that once a pre-order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the order or payment.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by on My Order.
Please note, after 30 minutes you will not be able to cancel your order online. Contact us for further support if you still need to cancel after 30 minutes. Your order may still be eligible to cancel if it has not shipped yet.
